Ingredients: 20% whole grain oat flakes, 20% whole wheat flakes, 20% whole grain corn flakes, 20% whole grain barley flakes 

How to use: Put 2 tablespoons in a saucepan with vegetable stock and boil for 5 minutes. Then add a little vegetable oil or butter to it.
