Important note: You may notice that the oil in the peanut butter has separated during transportation, leaving a layer on top. This is completely normal with organic peanut butter and there's no need to worry – simply stir and refrigerate for an hour or two to put the mixture back together again.

You may want to store the jar upside down when not in use – just make sure the lid is on tight!
